I buy a lot of D'Addario gear, especially strings. I have some of their other capos (lower price range) so I decided to pick up the cradle capo. It's built well enough, works fine but at the price point, seems a little bit too much. D'Addario makes great, quality gear.. so the star missing is only due to price point.

Everything works perfect and it stays out of the way great. The only problem is the price. If I lost this one I'd buy the same one again but they should be a lot cheaper.

It’s not wide enough to accommodate a 12 string neck. It seems a little flimsy as to stoutness of design. The bare metal sides can easily mar a neck.
