Great strat pickups for a lush midrange tone
I have these pickups in a Fender Strat and absolutely love them! I found them a bit harsh and punchy until I lowered them quite a bit. TEXAS SPECIAL STRAT PICKUPS
I replaced the standard strat pickups with the "TEXAS SPECIAL PICKUPS" and man what a difference. Blues, rock, etc. they are exactly what I wanted in sound coming out of my Marshall 50 watt tube head. None better in my opinion. I recommend these pickups to ANYONE that likes the blues sound of CLAPTON, STEVIE RAY VAUGHN, and any of the top guitarists from the golden age of rock blues… read more up to the 21st century. You will not be sorry. I've been playing Fender Strats since I was 13 years of age an am now quite a bit older, but still at it.
