This is my 3rd Noise gate pedal and it works perfect. I have a heavy distortion pedal, still clear as can be between chords. Easy to set up works all the time, price is good. A very good addition to any pedal board. Mike

Eliminates hum from gain pedals, regardless of power supply. Must have!

My band has been getting so bummed at the constant hum coming from my rig. What am I supposed to do? Turn down my gain? No way! I tried isolating my power sources and specifically isolating digital from analog pedals, which helped. However, I was still getting some hum from my favorite pedals (Big Muff and boutique distortion pedal). Charles Cummings, my sales engineer, suggested read more the Decimator II. I honestly couldn't be happier. It completely eliminates all the unwanted noise with no compromise in sustain. This is a must-have for anyone running any type of distortion pedal. Charles, both myself and my band, thank you for the great advice.

High quality noise gate that stays out of the way.

I added this pedal to my board recently and I don't expect I'll be looking back. It's great as a "set and forget" noise gate, but even with the gate turned up it still does really well at letting notes sustain. I placed it before my reverb, and now the reverb trails off uninterrupted with minimal to no noise interference. The pedal feels heavy and tough, and I have full confidence read more in it's ability to withstand gigs with me for years to come.

Excellence in sound reduction.

Tracks with my speedier playing and does not clips the trail of my notes. Makes my pedal board a joy. 20X better than someone else's noise clamp that I purchased and found unsuitable. It's analog technology is the key.

A must if you have multiple pedals

I could not play different pedals combination without the noise reducer. This pedal is a must. I am able to play 2 overdrives, distortion, boost, compressor and reverb on a Gibson LP standard without a hitch. I like that it has a knob to control the amount of input you need from this pedal. Like I said, is a MUST.
