Deluxe Molded Strat/Tele Case - Silver with Blue Interior Review

The guitar case of the future, now !

My experience with Sweetwater is always great and this purchase went as smoothe as always. I've got a Fender Strat with a beautiful translucent blue finish. I really needed a proper case. The blue plush interior is perfectly cut out for my Strat and fits snugly with no movement. The blue plush lining really makes this blue guitar a sweet piece of eye candy. I think this case would survive crashing down three flights of stairs or dropped to the street from two stories and the guitar would be just fine and the case just suffering some scrapes. The hinges are solid too. The internal compartment is big enough to hold a couple of peddles too besides the usual cables and strap . It's roomy So it is light and solid with the Fender logo on the case top. This case is priced more than the standard case but you really get a lot for your money. It's the case of the future!

Like a glove!

Got this for a Fender Player stratocaster HSS and it protects my investment securely. The cut out is made specificaly for strats and you can tell when you set it inside. It has a little bit of leeway but your axe will not move much as some of the more general electric guitar cases. My guitar stays put. The latches are plastic but close securely. It can be locked. Good storage compartment to place a strap and a 10ft cable, tuner, picks, etc. I would recommend this case to anyone who wants to protect thier investment.

Solid and perfect secure fit.

All the other reviews were all spot on. The latches are easy and a perfect solid "click" My Sweetwater sticker was the first one. Excellent buy and not heavy plywood to lug around either.

Perfect Match

Last year I purchased a Sweetwater Exclusive American Professional Strat in Sapphire. The case that it came with was like this one only in Black with gray interior. As I was looking a couple of months ago I came across this case, Gray with Blue interior and I had to get it as it helps me know which guitar I am grabbing and the interior goes with my guitar's color. It is not a flight case, but I believe it would protect a guitar from anything short of a tornado.
