i have been playing metal for 15 years and i have to say im verry impressed with dunlop guitar strings they have a sound and feel that you have to experience for yourself and they last for a long time you can not ware them out i have been changeing all my guitars from d addiro to dunlop. d addiro regular and NYXL are verry good but theese DUNLOP strings are so AWESOME!!!! also… read more i have played almost all dunlop string guage packs sizes and they are all awesome

One of the best Gauges I tried out for D and lower. Strings are smooth yet hold tension extremely well. Only thing I don't care for is the plain 20, BUT for this type of strings, it works better under heavy tension than low tension. With tuning em I tried B first, C, C#, and D seems the best for em.
