Have tried just about every coated and high end string out there. These are my new go to strings. Maintain their brightness and tone for a long time.

I've bought all brands of strings and tried all of their different sets from high end to normal, although always remaining loyal to DR. Recently I was amazed by Cleartone strings I put on my Gibson Custom, however I just put these dragon skins on my Gibson Traditional Les Paul and simply put they are addicting to play. They feel as if they really do have a thin bright skin on them… read more and they put out a pro studio guitar sound. They feel different from the moment you unpack them and put them on your guitar. I was skeptical at first as they felt "dirty", for a lack of better words, but that's just the coating and it makes the strings feel much easier to grab and just make you not want to put your guitar down. Highly recommend these strings over most.
