It works like typical delay, as you'd expect. However, it's a couple twists away from weird modulated tails and tons of beautiful ambient features. You can figure it some of it out on your own, as the layout is explained on the pedal itself fairly well, but the manual is where you can really unlock its potential. I kind of wrote of the looper at first as just a small bonus, but… read more the sound on sound mode is GREAT.

This pedal has more features than I currently use. In the minimal way that I use it, it is superb. Sounds great. The basics are simple. As the title says, a high quality pedal with features to grow into. As always, a big thanks to the crew at Sweetwater.

This pedal is absolutely amazing...and then there is the looper!!! Very cool stereo sound with many, many possibilities; and in such a compact little pedal!!! This is a pedal board must have!!!

Wow! I've owned a few other individual looper/delay pedals, but this format gives me both effects in one stomp box. Both "sides" are fun to experiment with, and work extremely well when combined. For those that like to tweak, that itch will certainly be scratched. However, a novice can dial in great tones easily with the Eccos as well. Get one!
