Great case

Don't let the word economy scare you. This is a solidly built guitar case. My LP-style guitar fit very snuggly in this heavily padded case. Exceeded my expectations. I will purchase a 335-style when they become available again at Sweetwater. Later Gator!

Gibson Les Paul Case!

I needed to replace the original Gibson case for my 1973 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe. No need to worry about body fit or neck support. This case is the answer! If you are your own roadie and need a case for local gigs and practices, this case will more than suffice. The major difference between the Gator case and the original 70's Gibson case is that the Gibson case top has a slight… read more arch which adds stiffness. But, I would have no problem with placing another two guitar cases on top of the Gator case. It is plenty sturdy. This case is also an excellent fit for my Gibson Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway Plus (24 fret).

Great case!

I needed a decent case for my Jackson Monarkh single cut. I was a little worried about the head stock fitting... plenty of room. The guitar body is thinner than a LP so I put a folded cloth under the body to straighten the angle of the neck (the nut end of the neck was very slightly tight to the top of the case)... fits perfectly.. no movement in the case. This is a better case… read more than i thought it would be.. really nice. I won't be using it for plane travel, etc., but I'm sure it would survive, just needed a case for local transport and protection. Very nice case for the money... highly recommend! I'd like to add that Sweetwater offers the best service, hands down!

It ain't perfect, but it's Rock n Roll

Received the case today undamaged and packed well in the box. The fourth photo in the description seems to show a feature or contour on the face of the case that is not there on the product that was delivered to me. Flat on both sides (I prefer this so am good with it). My Epiphone Les Paul Modern fits well and does not shift in the case. Tolex looks great with solid stitching and… read more hardware. A few imperfections are shown in the close up pic I uploaded. There is a bald patch near the neck of the guitar in whatever that fuzzy stuff is called. Near the body there is a tiny bit of glue that got on the fuzz as well. Neither touch the guitar so me doesn't care, especially for the price. The foam support under the guitar's body and on the neck support area are in the good enough territory. Handle is molded plastic and rubs the hardware slightly on one side when moving side to side. NBD. Overall, not half bad...

Great for an Epiphone LP 2020 too!

Great investment for my new Epiphone LP 2020. Very sturdy, fits great the guitar, very tight, really great!! And about Sweetwater, they are the best!!!
