Poor workmanship and quality for price

very disappointed with Epiphone's decline in quality control. I bought one of these cases a year ago for my son-in-law and was so impressed with the materials and workmanship that I bought one for myself this year. Lots of discoloration on both the top and bottom, bubbles in material, and worse yet the top lid doesn't line up with the body so I have to jiggle it closed otherwise read more the latch doesn't match up. It's not Sweetwater's fault so I don't blame them but be forewarned that the quality just isn't there. This case is stronger than the two cheaper ones I own ($30 and $40 each) which are obviously made of cheaper materials. BUT at least the top lines up with the body and the latches fall into place correctly, and there's no problem with discoloration and bubbles in the surface. I will contact Epiphone to complain about this matter. Again Sweetwater is not to blame. It's Epiphone and a lack of quality of control or maybe just good ole American corporate greed and indifference toward the customer. .
