The Epiphone guitar case I received from Sweetwater is fantastic, but what was even more fantastic was the service. I ordered the case on a Sunday. They said it would arrive the next day at no extra cost. Early that next day I received a voicemail and text from Matthew, one of Sweetwater's sound engineers. He said they were a little backed up, and I would get the case the following read more day, which I did. That was still incredibly quick, and getting a personal contact from Sweetwater was great and an indication a very high level of customer service.

Great Case

I needed a case for my Epiphone PR-350 that I bought new back in 1990. The guitar looks and most importantly sounds great for being 30 year old Epiphone. I called my Sales Engineer Zack and he suggested the Epiphone Dreadnought Hardshell Case. The guitar fits well in the case. Now I feel more at ease taking it out of the house and it won't get damaged. Thank you, Zack

This is my 3rd Epiphone EDREAD Dreadnought Hardshell guitar case. Over-all, this is my 10th Epiphone premium hardshell guitar case as each of my Epiphone guitar has a hardshell case. I have always been impressed by the quality of these cases ever since I bought one in January 2013. This particular EDREAD case is perfect for the following Epiphone Masterbilt models - DR-500MCE, AJ-45ME read more and the Limited Edition AJ-500RCE. The impeccable quality of these cases complement the craftmanship of the guitars inside them. Just look at the attached picture. They are sturdy at the outside and yet gentle and plush on the inside. I am confident that my beloved guitars are safe and protected. They also offer so much value. I carry them around with the Epiphone name on it with so much pride. This won't be my last EDREAD case as I look forward to getting the 2 new and would-be classic Masterbilt dreadnought models - the Epiphone Excellente and the Epiphone Frontier. I am also going to buy another one of this case when my Cort Gold - D8 Dreadnaught in Light Burst arrives in late November 2020.
