Great looking and sounding but not perfect
Lovely looking and great sounding with no shortage of tone optons but an absolute beast to keep the G, B and E strings in tune both when playing open chords (strings go very sharp) and keeping them in tune 'at rest'. Problem seemed to be a high nut with too much friction. Replacing the Epiphone nut with a Tusq XL has made all the difference.
Easy playng guitar
Visually, a very stunning instrument. Although it's a looker, it "is" more than just a pretty face. The mini humbuckers have lots of useful tones and can do any genre of music. I also noticed that… read more it didn't come with allen wrenches or a cable as all my previous Epiphone guitars have had, is this Epiphone nickel and dimeing us or just an oversight? This is my fifth Epiphone and next to my Les Paul 60's tribute plus it's my most expensive, I expected a better experience! As always Sweetwater was great in fulfilling my order.
