I got this guitar after wanting to get back into 7 strings after 20 years. Using Ken Susi of unearth's guitar as a template there were two main things I had to have. In addition to having an ESP and a 7 string, I knew I needed the Evertune bridge and the Fishman powered pickups. I wanted a guitar for A standard and this guitar is simply amazing. The evertune is easy to use and is… read more great for low tunings better than any other bridge I've played as far as tuning stability. Last but not least the fishman Moderns are hand wound and can sound from a warm clean to absolutely brutal!!! The craftsmanship and every other aspect of the guitar far exceeded my expectations. This guitar is so amazing I actually got a second one( unknowingly as a gift) and decided to keep it for drop A. These are now my two favorite guitars it's a must have.
