Shop must have
This is probably a 5 time a year purchase and is just awesome for shop usage and especially as we finish and create new builds. It's a true go-to purchase.
25 pack diadrio guitar strings.
I'm very grateful to have these, will be enjoying them for a long time, more than enough to share with friends!!!
These were a game changer
While I should've waited till black Friday for the sale, these strings have changed my way of thinking. I've heard the stories about string tension when going from 9s to 10s, but it hasn't been too much of an adjustment... I love the fuller sound and rich harmonics...
The Best
I've been using D'Addario strings for almost 50 years now. Back in my touring days, I would buy their strings buy the CASE.....several at a time, because we'd change the strings almost every day. That said, I've haven't bought strings for some time....that is until I broke a couple stings and found I was basically out of strings, so I went to Sweetwater's site and started poking… read more around.... I saw these, read the reviews and called up James Masterson, my music-pro-bro there, and bought a couple packs. They came very quickly and I changed the strings on a couple of my electrics and was VERY happy with the sound. The strings have a beautiful, all-around sound....the bass was sold and full but not too boomy. The middle strings were very lively and produced a clear, non-muddy sound. AND the top stings were crisp and alive. Hit a C-chord....and the guitar had an added presence that my old Start never really had. I highly recommend these strings. Great value and great sound. CONS: Ok, it is not a perfect world, but I still miss strings coming in individual packs.....but that is more a broody comment and not a reflection on Sweetwater or D'Addario. Thanks, again, for the great service and pricing!
Best string deal around
I have been using these 25 pk. boxes of strings in my shop for more than 6 years now and have used the same string in single packs for more than 15 years and I have used them on just about every brand of major guitar made and these strings sound perfect on anything. I started using the 25 pk. because I was using so many and it does save me money which is a good thing, you can not… read more go wrong with this box of strings.
