Always love these
These are my favorite gauges and I use them in drop C. They stretch really well and get in time quickly. Between the strings and all the guitar parts I find they stay in tune really good. Their lifespan isn't too bad at all considering how much you play. Also, I use Dunlop string condition and/or GHS FastFret every so often as well and put some on my finger and slide it under the… read more belly of the strings to help as well. I'd make sure frets are always cleaned and polished to help with the underside of the strings. Hope anyone who buys these enjoy them as much as I do. Regards.
Solid Set
Will work best for drop A# or even C standard. Starts feeling odd when you go lower than that.
Low Tune Goodness!!!
I bought these and strung up my 08 Les Paul Traditional, I tune to C standard (C,F,A#,D#,G,C) These strings are perfect for this tuning. The tension is great and I can still bend for solos.

Otherwise, everything intonates fine and plays awesomely from A to C tuning range when down tuning.Great D'addario quality, and very comfortable to play.
Great Strings for low tuning
i tune to drop C (CGCFAD) and i have always had an issue between finding the right tension for having the string ring and also still tight enough to return to the note. this is the perfect balance for me. just heavy enough so that when i dig in im not afraid to since im heavy handed. these last a good amount of time as well and the price is perfect for being able to pick up a dozen… read more without emptying out your bank.
