I received the new fender 220E parlor guitar a week ago and it surpassed all of my expectations. I have owned very very expensive guitars from Santa Cruz in bourgeois that cost over $5000. This new fender parlor guitar is almost as good as any of these high priced boutique guitars. The workmanship is flawless and the playability is comparable to the higher priced guitars I have… read more owned over the past 50 years. Plugged into an acoustic amp like a Fishman produces as good a sound as any of the other higher priced guitars. You cannot go wrong at all with the new fender parlor guitar which is made in China. I don't know how they do it, but, the sound, playability, and workmanship is superb as any high-priced American guitar that you will find.
