Amazing Acoustic Guitar for Electric Players
I picked up this Guitar a few days ago at a local music shop and I’m thoroughly impressed. I mostly play electric but every now and then I’ll play an acoustic set for shows just to do something different but I realized I could never play an acoustic as well as I do Electric....not anymore. I love the Redondo neck and headstock. You’re basically getting an electric guitar neck… read more with an acoustic body. The neck isn’t too bulky, the action is set just right. Very comfortable to play. The Fishman pre-amp system takes it to a whole new level of sound quality. I used to own a Takamine EG-240 Acoustic Electric and it’s got nothing on this Fender. Nice balanced tone, not to warm, not too bright, of course you can adjust your tone with the bass and treble with the Fishman system but in any configuration it sounds great. I typically use brass bridge pins on my acoustics but I’m honestly having trouble deciding if I want to slap some on this guitar. In my opinion it sounds just as great as it would with some Brass Bridge pins. The only issue I’ve had with it was a case....this guitar is about an inch and a half bigger than your normal everyday acoustic so I had to modify a case so it would fit. That’s just a tiny hiccup but it’s no longer an issue. Highly recommended guitar especially if you’re mainly an Electric player. You can’t go wrong wether you’re a beginner or professional!
I cant say enough good about this guitar
Without a doubt, this guitar is the best job for anyone who wants a guitar to play at home and then bring it to a stage without compromising looks or feel. The pictures on this site or online do not do this guitar justice. it looks much better in person. The guitar also has a very rich sound.
