Big 'n good.
For a guy with wide feet, bad eyes, and no need for MIDI, this is perfect. Every setting sounds great - like most delays - but having a box this big and wide means that the stomp switches are spaced wide enough that you have a pretty good chance of stomping on the one you want. Replacing 2 other delays....now, with way more options!
The TC Flashback Triple Delay is like have three different full featured delay pedals AND a Pedalboard technician that rewires your pedalboard "on-the-fly"! I'm still getting to know it...and haven't even begun to explore the Tone Print library to see other options that I might want to add to the mix. This thing is so powerful! Love it! Thanks to Sweetwater for having what I needed… read more and at a great price! SWEET!
A great delay, not for everyone
The sound you can obtain with this pedal is absolutely marvelous. I think is a great pedal for studio/home use, better if you have a midi clock source to keep all delays in sync when you change an algorithm or enable/disable one of the delays without saving the parameters first. Connecting the pedal and getting it recognized by a Mac computer, in my particular case, was almost… read more impossible, Using USB hubs, without usb hubs, disconnecting every device and leaving only the pedal via an USB port...nothing, Until one day suddenly the toneprint app on the mac recognized the pedal. Trying to upgrade the firmware on a MAC, that's a big NO. I've contacted TC's tech support and they recommend to use a windows/pc machine in order to do the firmware update. Overall, a great sounding pedal with a few tech issues to keep in mind before go live with it.
