Put these pickups in my Fender American ultra strat, it went from a lifeless guitar to a super strat, all the voicings are amazing,you will need a new 5way blade switch. I can't put this thing down, my finger tips hurt

The BEST in their class!

- Awesome tone!!! WOW - No Noise at any level even with hi-Gain (fuzz) - The box contains everything for installation (but they should included 2 Push-Pull pots not just one) - I use an additional mini toggle switch (ON-OFF-ON) for (Voice 2-Voice 1-HF Tilt on voice 1) - They have the same core pickup, but in each position the tone difference is very subtle - Dave Snow and Sweetwater… read more you are the BEST One small thing, the wires welding on the bridge pickup are not well done (I had to re-weld 3 of them). They could use the same connection like the Humbucker version it is more robust. I've installed them on a Godin Progression Plus which was a pain as the wiring is very different than a Strat.

Exceptional

What every YouTube video fails to capture is how open and transparent these pups sound. On some of the YouTube videos, I actually cringe at the sound. In real life these sound amazing. The best way to describe it is, it's like putting high fidelity pick-ups on your guitar. I mean that in a very good way, not to imply that they are sterile...not at all. They can sing and then blow… read more grit back into your face. They just do it with quality tone. These things are silent. Any noise you hear is your amp, not the pick-up. The choice of two different voicing is also a plus. Would be nice if Fishman would come out with different voicing kits for these. It really shouldn't be that hard to implement. Imagine the possibilities! Highly recommended.

Beyond My Wildest Dreams

i had these babies installed on a Fender Stratocaster Xll ; made in Japan, which I picked up years ago in a pawnshop in Philly literally for a song.. This is my primary electric slide instrument. BEAUTIFUL

Some technology comes and some goes. Always curious about the next new thing and often disappointed. Not this time! These things are wonderful and in both settings. Congratulations to Fishman for making something so sonically beautiful.
