So far these pickups are my favorite in the fishman fluence line. The tone and clarity is great.

I put these in an esp eclipse and to be 100 percent honest other than watching reviews I wasn't quite sure what I was going to get. There weren't that many tone videos but MKH is one of my favorite guitar players. But wow, I literally don't have the words, the compression on the active setting the growl on the "passive setting." The coil split sounds good, like think more overwound… read more single coils than your regular standard, definitely high output. Wiring was definitely a bit more difficult than most pickups, so I would recommend calling a friend or a guitar tech if these are one of your first sets but overall 10/10 best pickups I've owned.
