Boomers.. nuff said
Used these strings for all my playing and continuing gigging years. Been playing for over 25 + years. They are reliable and I hardly ever break them. Buy a set.. go, now.. run!
My Top Pick For Years
Thank you so much for stocking these. They are perfect for Drop B tuning. I love the tone that they give me and I"ve never once had a single string break while playing.
Heavy Strings!!!!
I hate 8's-42's 9's-48's...but, that is the only thing I can find in music stores in the immediate area....so THANK YOU Sweetwater for keeping these in stock! 10's-60's can do drop tuning very well, or if you are like me, they give better control when tuned to standard than light and normal gauge strings! 10-60 ghs
great strings, bendy bends with more bends to come. the low e 60 gauge might be a little big if you haven't used that large of a gauge before. but overall great.

I had to widened the nut slot (of course!) for the low E (but you DIY selfers know this when you up a string gauge!!) My Les Paul Custom handles tuning in D very well!! It would have been nice of GHS to get… read more Zakk's gauge right though-He uses .011's-.060-maybe I bought the wrong set?? LOL Again-just AWESOME!!
