Sturdy Wall Mount

This is a nicely built, sturdy wall mount. However, there are a few things I'd like to mention to someone weighing whether to buy it or not. 1st: Either screw into a stud or plan on buying different anchors to use. The plastic drywall anchors were not sturdy enough to screw into my drywall even with a pilot hole. One of them ended up making a big hole and breaking just before it… read more was screwed in enough to be usable. 2nd: The part of the standoff that was to slot into the decorative cover was too wide, so instead of fitting just snugly, it had to be hammered into place. Not a big deal since it covered any damage done. 3rd: I bought this for an ukulele that has backward-facing, instead of side-facing, tuning pegs. So in order for the hanger to hold it properly, it has to be set backwards. I'm fine with this too, but I wish I would have known before ordering. With these three things in mind, I would still recommend it.

This is a great ukulele wall mount, and at a sweet price--especially if you buy multiples. Very easy to install, sturdy, and good looking. None of the mounting hardware shows. The padding protects the ukulele and the instrument does not touch the wall. This hanger nicely handles my ukuleles from soprano to tenor size.
