Beautiful
Alex and his team at Sweetwater are professional and kind with providing genuine customer service. The 335 arrived and I can't stop playing it.
Amazingly Versatile
This guitar can play anything and sounds terrific. I mostly play Fender solid body guitars, but this is a nice addition the group. This single guitar covers a lot of ground. Love it.
The Real Deal
I finally graduated from Epiphone Les Pauls and semi-hollowbodies and now own a beautiful Gibson ES-335 in Vintage Ebony. The differences between the Epiphones and this Gibson are quite significant. There are probably three primary differences, including 1) the Gibson pickups are far superior to the humbuckers on Epiphone models; 2) Gibson's craftsmanship is unparalleled—from… read more the fret nibs to the binding to the hand-filed nut, the details really stand out; and 3) the 335's nitrocellulose finish is stunning and will only get better with time. At first, the neck was a little chunkier than I'm used to, but I've since adjusted and count the 335 as my most playable guitar.
Electric Spanish
Easying into retirement, I chose to go big and pull the plug on a iconic instrument. Yes it's not a original 50's and I am a late starter on my collection but this guitar right out of the box quenches all my wants. Killer looks and when plugged in music to the ears. This instrument will make practice seem like pleasure. Thanks to Jason at Sweetwater. People you can't go wrong… read more with these to combinations.
