I love this guitar. From buzzsaw tube-crunched rockabilly tones to full-bodied twang, you want it you got it. The gorgeous silver almost-matte finish leaves only the brash red pickups as a giveaway that there's a wolf lurking inside it. In the past I'd never dream of buying a guitar online; I'm that annoying guy who sits in the shop trying to work out minute differences between every one in stock. But I knew my sales engineer (Bob) would pick a good one for me, and he did. Also, I'm used to guitars showing up with at least one setup issue that could be improved upon. but I didn't have to adjust a single thing on the instrument. Couldn't be happier.
Rat rods rule
I've had this guitar for four months now, and don't regret pulling the trigger. My first Gretsch , and I love it.
