A real hidden gem!
This guitar looks, feels, and sounds fantastic. Like many Gretsch guitars with a Bigsby, tuning is an issue. So, it's a good idea to use Nut Sauce on any of the string contact joints. I did it once, and the guitar stays in tune perfectly for weeks on end. The only caveat is that it features Gretsch's Broadtron pickups, which are basically hum buckers like you would find on any… read more gibson. If you're looking for that rockabilly bite and twang, you might want to swap out them with some TV Jones filtertron-style. Why am I still giving this a 5-star, even though it comes with a couple of things you have to address? Because simply put, this guitar has become my go-to for just about everything. I cannot describe how great this feels, and how easy it is to play and get it to do what I need. You won't regret it!
