First I am really blown away on the bang for your buck on this parlor guitar. I did play it right out of the box and was very impressed. I tuned it to open C and fell in love with its gritty tone and how nice it played. Really enjoying this guitar it's gonna be a keeper that I'm sure of.

Great barky tone, parlor size really cuts and through and articulate and easy playing, great for blues or anything really. Just installed (in 16 mins) the Deltolux pickup and this guitar sounds fantastic.just ordered a 2nd Deltolux for the ox-blood. Sounds really good through my electric guitar pedalboard as well mild mild overdrive. I own the sunburst version and the limited edition… read more ox-blood one. I find myself playing them way more than my martin D16gt! Just a great beast for the price. You'll be glad you got it.

It is a small scale guitar. Sort of a student model/ parlor. What really caught my attention right out of the box was how good the intonation was. The Sales staff, Wayne & Courtney were top notch, keeping me informed along the way. It arrived in about 3 days with the free shipping. Great packing too. I bought an external Gretsch pickup to use with it & other guitars. The results… read more plugged in almost scared me it sounded so good. So while the neck is fairly small, it was still just fine with my old arthritic hands. Couldn't be happier with this little Gem,,, I mean Jim!

I've had this guitar for about 7 years now and play it in my classroom just about every day. It stays in tune, stands up to abuse, and plays really nicely for an inexpensive instrument. It's also a great size for kids, so it would make an excellent student guitar in addition to being a fun workhorse instrument for a more seasoned musician.
