I'll Never Use Those Cheap Plastic Winders Again.

Ball bearings make for smooth action. Rubberized jaws won't mark my tuners. Small profile head doesn't bump into the other keys on my Tele or my 12 string. I'm getting one for each guitar case. Highly recommended.

A Solid Citizen

I almost bought a battery powered winder, but glad I got this one. It's built very solidly and spins silky smooth. I tried it on the tuning pegs of my Taylor and Martin acoustics and no problem. Another review mentioned that the head was a bit bulky, but I didn't notice that at all. I like the medium hardness rubber material of the winding head. It's stiff enough to grip the peg read more firmly, but not so hard like some plastic winders where it will scratch and mar your pegs. I now have purchased several MusicNomad products, and so far they've all been high quality.

Best ever

I was suspicious when I bought it. I'd bought several over the years and they were ok but not great. But this one is unreal. Best I've ever used. Easy and smooth.
