Guild guitar
Beautiful guitar great sound excellent value
A Wonderful Guitar!!! (Looks, Plays and Sounds well above its price point!)
I just got one of these Guild D-260CE Deluxe guitars and I am very happy with it! First, it looks fantastic, just as good, if not better than many guitars at a higher price point. And this guitar sounds and plays much above its price point. I was looking for a guitar that took me beyond my more beginner guitars, that was a proper professional level guitar, but didn't cost a rock… read more star's budget prices, etc. This Guild not only does that but probably makes me a Guild-man for life. In fact, based on how much I like this D-260CE, I've also gotten it's 12-string cousin, the D-2612CD Deluxe. These guitars sound and look great, and I can't wait to record then together! Seriously, I played many higher level all solid guitars from other brands, and ended up getting these two great Guilds for less then one of those, even though these sound just as good to my ear, if not better. I'm so pleased to have these two guitars to play and record with, and plan to remain in the "Guild Family" ;)

This guitar plays and sounds like a high end expensive guitar but for a fraction of the price with the same high end quality, sound, and workmanship. It has low action (which I like) with well balanced tone for highs while still providing a deep base for the lows. No setup was needed as it plays perfectly right out of the box and stays in tune for long periods of time. It has a… read more big sound either plugged in or not. The volume and tone controls are inside the sound hole. This will be my go to acoustic electric guitar from now on.
For the price, you cannot be it.
I got this on sale for a VERY good price. I was skeptical but I wanted to have a Guild in my collection so I rolled the dice. Sure its a china made guitar, sure parts are laminant and not full wood but I was very amazed how good it sounds. It is brigh and full and very playable. The tuners are solid and hold a tune very nicely. The electronics are simple but functional. All in… read more all this guitar feels like something you would spend a lot more money on. If you are looking for a bargin, this is it!
