Merci!

This amp is pretty cool. I'm using it for small performances with gospel music in retirement and nursing homes. I love the harmonies. TC Helicon has really brought it with this amp! I'm so happy with no more little buttons to push like the prior TC Helicon systems. My sessions are going well with using my Taylor T5Z guitar through this amp. I find the sounds to be very smooth and read more warm. I also use a Bose PA Battery System for my monitor. The Bose brings volume and adds the quality to the overall sound.

Takes some time to get thinks right.

I purchased this to replace a digitech vocal harmonizer and Boss RC3 looper. Both were just to complicated for an old man of 72, even though I had both for about 7 years. After using this amp for 4 months now almost everyday both for practice and gigs, I have to say it is pretty good. The looper is pretty simple, used only for practice and the harmony function is simple and easy read more to use. Two drawbacks I have found...if I have the amp facing me or even parallel with me facing an audience, and a I play an A major or D major chord on the guitar while singing the amp sometimes thinks the harmonic 3RD should be minor. Not sure why, but it sure does not sound good. I have been able to compensate for that by placing the amp to my right hand side and in front of my position on stage. My guitar and mic are to the left and I think the feedback from the amp to mic is diminished and I rarely get the flatted third anymore. Which brings up the other drawback. With amp in front of me, the controls are backward. The engineers should think about being able to turn the control board around for this very reason. Should be a simple fix!! OK, thats it, also an electric guitar sounds like crap through this amp. Don't by this foe an electric.

AWESOME AMP

only thing that kept me giving 5 stars is that there is no eq on vocal channel (which I knew before buying) ... BUT the vocal adaptive tone does supplement the need for eq quite nicely. Also just to note: all the screws were not secured tightly leading to the handle being a little loose, but that was easily fixed with a quick twist of a screwdriver and I haven't had any issues with read more them since.

Love It!!

I bought this unit thirty days ago and it has done everything I hoped it would. From the time I opened it and set it up I have been impressed. It is very user friendly. I love that each function has its own control. I have owned the TC Helicon acoustic for five years and wouldn't have thought about giggling without it but had always wished it was simpler to navigate its numerous read more menus. The Harmony V60 is my answer. I can plug into the V60 with mic and guitar plug in the foot switch and reach down and dial in my settings in between songs stress free. I have two less pieces of equipment to carry, hookup, and maintain. The sound of the unit is crisp and clean. I run an output to my Bose L1 and S1 and I'm able to have clean with no mixer. This configuration has reduced my setup time to less than fifteen minutes and I have played outside gigs that have filled the street for half a block. For a single player without the need for a lot of inputs, this is a dream machine.
