My Capo Search is Over
I have tried many different capos. Most of them you have to move around a bit before you get them just right so all of your strings ring true. But this capo is excellent. You install it and it is done. Very easy to install and you can store it on your headstock if you want to. It is also excellent quality and looks good. It is more expensive than most but I feel that it is worth… read more it. I have the wide neck one to use on my Taylor nylon string guitars with a wider neck. I will be purchasing a couple more in the future for other guitars. And my wife wants one too. I really don't need to say much about the customer service at Sweetwater. Anyone who has ever ordered from them already knows they have the best customer service. This capo was sent out the day I ordered it. Thanks as always for the friendly service.
It works, but the lack of precision lets it down.
Always on the search for a good capo, I had been watching these for a while and finally decided to spend the serious money just to get a reliable capo. The search goes on. The good news is that once you get it on the guitar, it works very well. The engineering of the product lets it down. I have not experienced this lack of quality except with the cheapest models, and I expect more from capo at this price point.
Perfect with my Martin
This works great with my Martin hd28. I have tried numerous capos and this one is the best. Perfectly capos the strings across the neck in any position on the neck. Nice even tone thru all 6 strings. It is very expensive and I was very apprehensive but I am glad i purchased as I do not need to keep hunting capos anymore.
Best capo
Best capo I've ever used, and I've tried dozens. The reason it's the best is bc it's able to compensate for the difference in string height which leads to better tuning and intonation. It's also very pretty with that high gloss polish. Expensive, yes, but it appears to hold up well as I've had mine for a year and it gets gigged out regularly. I would 100% recommend to anyone… read more looking for a high end capo and would purchase again if lost or stolen.
