Great sounding spring plate or Hall Reverb. Not so much into the reverse but it's kind of cool also. Super easy to dial in.

This thing has held up the test of me trying to out buy it with an array of boutique pedal verbs that ultimately fell short of the essential goodness and simplicity the holy grail is known for. One studio tip, when over dubbing vocals I like to use a bit of the reverse setting which plays nicely amongst the lead line.

What a great reverberating master piece,.... I've owned Marshall, fender,Laney, carvin peavey,traynor, just to name a few,..and I mean the early models, back in the day! This pedal does just what I need it too, good price ta boot!!

I'm not much of a pedal guy but I wanted to add some reverb to my sound. A guy at GC suggested this pedal and I took his advice. I play a Gretsch 6120 through a Fender Blues Deluxe amp. It has a strong clear sound with a decent amount of reverb on its own. When I add the holy grail to the mix it just oozes reverb. I play in a surf punk band so you can't have enough reverb.… read more If this pedal was lost or stolen I would definitely replace it.
