I've been looking to buy a 12-string acoustic for some time and did a lot of research on different brands. I tried a few guitars at a local store, and they were good, but didn't feel like my higher end Ibanez acoustic. I came across this guitar, and it had a lot of the same feature my other acoustic and was the same size, so I decided to take a chance and purchase it. This guitar… read more is awesome, it is large enough to have a great sound unplugged but small enough to feel really comfortable holding. An added bonus it how beautiful this guitar is, the darker wood and the neck inlay are so beautiful, it looks so much better in person.

Difficult to decide who to review first. My Sales engineer is great one and so is the Shop Engineer Justin. Rob Kramer got me this Guitar in quick fashion. Had a very small issue which is not easily controlled by the retailer but Justin fixed it right away. Thanks Guys. You keeps us happy out here. Oh, The guitar is great and just what I was looking for.

I purchased this item for a friend. A Deserving fellow to say the least. I have listened to him play it a couple times and either he is great or the guitar is great. I believe it is a combination of the two. Rob Kramer steered me the right direction again.
