Picked this AS93ZW up in 2021 as I wanted the versatility of a center block. When I saw the Zebra wood and that it matched the pistol grips I carved for my single action.45 pistol I knew it was meant to be. The fit, finish are A+. Never had humbuckers before and they are a fun change of pace from my pre CBS Fender and my newer Telecaster. Getting used to the more narrow neck as… read more compared to my Telecaster took some getting used to but it feel into place before long. Simply a beautiful guitar in all respects!

I bought one of these from a local music store autumn 2020 and absolutely love it. It plays beautifully, the pickups and controls give a great range of sounds, and the instrument feels wonderful in my hands. It's also simply beautiful, and the fit and finish are flawless. Anyone looking for a semi-hollow should give this a good look.

It is the least expensive and best sounding guitar in my arsenal hands down. I have 2 other Ibanez that I love , but they are more for harder rock. I own Les Pauls , ESPs , PRSs & this one feels the best. The neck is amazing and it has this wonderful clarity to the sound. I absolutely love this guitar. Also when I give it fuzz , it growls !

IT IS EVERYTHING A SEMI-HOLLOWBODY SHOULD BE. IT HAS THE TONE FROM A WARM AND SOFT TEXTURE TO THE BRIGHT BITE ON THE TREBLE SIDE.THE FINISH IS UNIQUE AND IS CLASSY LOOKING. THE GOLD HARDWARE BLENDS IN NICELY. I KEPT THE ORIGINAL STRINGS ON IT TO SEE IF I LIKE THE 10-52 GAUGE THE JURY IS STILL DELIBERATING.
