I gotta be honest with you guys. I was caught COMPLETELY OFF GUARD on how well the IO stompbox workS, and I am shocked at how well the pedal itself is built. I was a little leary at first but the main thing that I had my doubts about that I haven't heard anyone talk about was the changing of the banks on the fly, and if there was any delay or drag, and I'm happy to say no. BEFORE I get into the program itself I've been around guitars all my life and I worked 14 years selling everything from guitars to pa systems drums the whole thing from soup to nuts and the store I worked for a store that carried all of the tops of the line stuff. IVE USED Amplitube 4 for years and IVE ALWAYS THOUGHT not bad. There ARE some great things here and there were a couple of silly things that I could have done without, but that's just a nature of the beast when your a guy like me who has always run fairly simple rigs. AMPLITUBE 5 MAXX JUST WHOOPS butt AND TAKES NAMES AND THE CREW AT IK MULTIMEDIA JUST SHOWED UP AND JUST KICKED THE LIVING crap OUT OF IT. Getting it up and running set up the user-friendly side of it THIS TIME AROUND. GOOD STUFF AND THANK YOU. My io axe interface I'm still waiting for due to being on back order

This is a really nice to using AmpliTube 4. My MacBook Pro recognizes it right away and it syncs up with no problems. I highly recommend it

Hi all, Well it works great and the software it comes with is pretty good. I love the fact that it has a built in rest for your tablet or iPhone. I originally intended and will still use it as a quick interface for my other guitar and keyboard digital plugins. However I was pleasantly surprised by IK media's current software. They have some good sounding effects that are very clean.… read more For the amount of money spent it is perfect. If you want complexity spend the big bucks for the those other monster PB interfaces. This is a quick and easy yet versatile PB that gets it done. Note - I have yet to connect it to my laptop! I may have some issue later but I am sure it will be fine!
