You want to sound like a studio pro - put these pups in your guitar and let 'em fly. They are amazing!! Others have commented to me that they have never heard me sound better. Lots of comments on the quality of my sound. And I hear them myself (cut through the wall of sound) when I play with my band and it makes me smile!!!

Ok so this pups really amazed me as soon as i threw them in my jackson JS22 "Afordable metal guitar"but whit this pups i can really say that it sounds better than my Esp ltd Mh400 which has EMG 81,85.This pickups have BITE and character for cutting through the beefiest mixes, it really compare to the 81 but this one in my opinion has more bite and overall sounds fuller, you can… read more roll down the volume knob and it cleans up as a passive pickup, the neck pickup just sings for solos and i describe it as creamy/buttery, very versatile pup, my only complaint isnt with the pickups themselves, its because i wish the package came with an emg quick connector toggle switch. Overall go for them, also note, they work as well from E standard tunning to the lowest tunnigs imaginable.
