Love it! Could use full shielding but it hums very little. My guitar has been shielded with shielding paint but I would prefer to complete the shielding on back of the pickguard. G string twangs like a sitar when struck especially hard going through my compressor. However, it does not do this without compression.
What I had hoped for.

The tone I seek came in a fully-loaded pickguard! Tone and volume pots, selector switch, and all... A little "buzzier" than what I'd hope for, but tone to burn! Maybe needs some extra shielding.

Arrived sooner than expected. Came with instructions for install. These things sound nuts! My strat sounds better than I can explain. Blew my mind.

I can't stop smiling. Only pickups that ever made me smile by playing the first note. I was hesitant due to the lack of reviews, but I had enough faith in Seymour to take a chance, and he did not disappoint! I've had the pleasure of playing all sorts of pickups and stratocasters over the years and I had these installed in my favorite strat. They will not be coming back out anytime… read more soon.
