This case easily became my favorite as soon as I saw it. It's a Gator product so it's very well designed and constructed. The burlap definitely has the " tweed " vibe and the price is definitely worth it. It was the new home for my Takamine 12-string but my Yamaha fits well also. What surprised me was that my Ovation Celebrity fit comfortably, though I noticed a little play with… read more its arched back. Arrived packed safely and with the utmost quality and care! Thank you Sweetwater, that's why I buy everything I can from Sweetwater. Superb quality and my sales engineer, Aaron Reginold always checks in with me to make sure I had a good experience. Loved the look of the Gator case and m happy with it but the only thing I noticed was that the inside storage case lid, was a bit flimsy… read more and didn't want to shut good at first. Realizing that the case was new, I simply wiggled it shut and opened it a couple of times and it seemed then to close just fine after that. Keeping in mind it's brand new, we'll see how it goes but to me it's a minor thing as it will do fine protecting my guitar. I highly recommend this case it's beautiful and very sturdy, especially the latches.
It actually blends with the wall in my living room!!

This is a go to case when I've got a guitar that needs one. This is the 3rd gator journeyman I've purchased and quality has been spot on. This one I wanted to modify a bit to go with a 1960 Kay archtop so I'm coating it in shellac. Gives it the old fender tweed amp vibe.
