Smooth feel and tone.
I put a set of these on a PRS Hollowbody II Piezo and love them. Much better durability so far than anything I've ever tried. But don't expect to play more than a half-tone bend with them; they're weird that way. Supple enough for good vibrato and a good feel, but after a half-tone, flat-wound strings hit a wall.
