I bought a set for a specific jazzy guitar part played on an Ibanez semi-acoustic. They sounded and felt great and I'm keeping them on this guitar for the foreseeable future. It's never sounded better. Having only tried other companies' flatwounds before now, I was pleasantly surprised by how clear and resonant these TI strings are. The low end is especially rich. And they don't… read more feel stiff. Pricey, but should last a long time.

I bought a set of these on a whim just to see if they are as great as advertised. I wish now I hadn't done that because these are absolutely the best sounding strings I have ever heard in my life and they feel like silk under your fingers. I was truly amazed that they sound so much better than the other strings I have used for years. They are very clear, musical with full sweet… read more tones, very unbelievable the difference they make! I hope they last as long as they say too, because now I have to try their other strings on some of my other guitars. Sweetwater has the best price, try a set you will be absolutely amazed!
