Fantastic pickup set. Upgraded my first guitar with this whole set up and so far have been extremely stoked about playing with my strat once again. The power from active pick ups is game changing! Rock and metal sound fantastic, as you could imagine when having the famous EMG 81 riding the bridge position. Installation was easy as 1,2,3. The pre-wired, solderless kit is perfect.… read more I had this installed quickly. Just wish this came in an all black or black pearl option. Other than that, if youre upgrading your HSS strat or upgrading to HSS... DO IT with this set!

Awesome versatility very happy with tones and clarity and ease of installation highly recommend the EMG SSH from great clean tones to heavy rock it's great. Also shipping was incredibly fast, ordered over the phone with matt and had it the next day. Easy installation.

i installed this in a george lynch ltd strat GL256 what a difference turned this guitar into a monster guitar plays great now it sounds incredible love the master tone knob thanx sweetwater again ur the best !!

I have several guitars and some are good only for blues and rock and a couple only good for hard rock and metal. With this pickguard I have a guitar that can play metal,rock,hard rock and blues with one guitar.
