I love this bass. The neck feels good, it plays and sounds great, and it's light on the shoulder. It has lots of tonal possibilities, I think it sounds great on the Rumble 200 I have, I couldn't be happier. I've always played Fender Precision, but stacked up with similar priced Fenders now, I like this Lakland much better. First off, thank you Sweetwater, Paul and Chris for such great customer service. They were knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with for this and all previous purchases. This bass not only looks great (spalted) but also plays great. The neck is fast and smooth and the action is perfect making this the best bass I own / owned. Over time I have owned more than ten good quality… read more basses and this is by far the best playing and sounding. I"m already eyeing up my next Lakland bass.

I got this to be a backup to my Carvin bass. The Carvin is now a backup to this bass and I'm contemplating selling the Carvin and getting a second Lakland. I'm blown away by this bass' tone and the neck is so comfortable. I love it.
