At my age I didn't have much I could spend and I've been looking at this acoustic for a while .

It is really well built considering the price. There is no fret buzz and the neck is straight with a bit of relief. The action is about where I like it. For it's size it projects very well and suits my finger picking style. I have other parlor sized acoustics and haven't compared them, this one seems a bit smaller. It stays in tune well. The fit and finish is over all very good read more ,everything lines up. I has that old time blues sound. What caught my attention was the stripes on the neck and body. I feel if you are looking for an inexpensive parlor guitar this is one of the better sounding in this price range.

A real cutie!

This is a small parlour sized guitar you might take while travelling or keep nearby for sudden inspirations. It is very well finished and has a good sound. It is big enough for an adult to play but I got it for may teaching studio. I have young students that need to borrow an instrument or I need to see what might fit them. I play it more than they do. For a small guitar is has read more a good sound and fingers well but it is small. It seems to sound a little better than most travel guitars I have played but don't buy this expecting big sound. It is not for that.

Excellent guitar!

This guitar is very well crafted and sounds amazing! I especially like the detail to the back of the neck. It tunes perfectly and plays comfortably. ( it comes with 12 gauge strings which are too heavy for my taste so I swapped them out) The stand out quality of the parlor size is that it captures beautiful tone. The mahogany wood tags this guitar with a darker hue but it is rich read more and full. It is easy to recognize how this guitar will sound even better with being played. The 12th fret closed string octaves ring out pristine overtones. The open string harmonics are clear all the way to the 3rd fret. Such a nice instrument!

Sounds great!

Great sound from a smaller guitar. Well made and excellent finish. Would recommend one of these to hang around in your parlor.

Perfect for the tone I wanted

I wanted a parlor tone for a cut I was recording. I was skeptical at a guitar with this price having quality but I was proven wrong as soon as I picked it up. It sounded exactly the way I"d hoped, played well, and felt good and solid. Very very nice quality. And this is coming from a person whose main guitars were custom made for me. This is a great little guitar and I"ll be playing read more it a lot!
