Firstly, shipping is much faster than I expected. I ordered it on Christmas morning for myself. A few days later, I received a text from Nate, a Sweetwater service representative, following up on my order and asking if I had any questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products and even followed up when I had a question after receiving it. The ukulele itself is gorgeous.
