Martin Bluegrass Strings , Not what they use to be!
These USE to be the best strings I have ever used on my guitar. I noticed a change in them a couple of years ago and they loss their tone and quality. The only thing I can figure is maybe they switched suppliers or manufacturing specs. I just got two more new sets. They did even bring out the martin sound that my guitar delivers so well and they only lasted for about 4 hours of… read more playing time and went completely flat! I will be switching brands again.
Great Strings
There are crisp clear and loud with lots of bass . The fact that the other review doesn't know that the number on the package is the diameter of the high e says it all.
Worthless Strings
Am very disappointed in these strings. A few bucks cheaper than D'Addario, but don't waste your time or money. They buzz badly, and are not nearly as loud as D'Addario strings. By the way, let's put a big "12" on the package, even though there are only 6 strings, that way people buy them by mistake, thinking they are for a 12-string guitar (like I did).
