Tried these and was kind of disappointed how flat they got and so quickly. One day was messin' with a tuner app and found a feature to detune from A440 to A432. And retuned those "flat" strings. Well, now I get that chime in the high end, and an almost vocalized low end. After returning to Earth from two solid hours of playing my D18, promptly put a set on my JC16RE. My Martins have shown me a shortcoming in my language cuz I can't find words to describe that magnificent sound! All I want to do is play!
