Martin 00-15M Review

ANOTHER 5 STAR RATING

I have been searching for "the one" for a few years now. I always wanted a great playing/sounding Martin but didn't always have the Money. The first Martin I bought was a DSr-1 ROAD SERIES. After loving the 000 I pretty much new that I was going to buy the 00-15m too because I really enjoy the general parlor size guitars. I am so glad I picked up the 00-15m. It is the Guitar I have been searching for. It almost plays itself....bar chords our zero effort. The tone is fantastic and it looks like an old cowboys guitar. For a parlor it has an impressive full body sound. Some of the cheaper parlors lack the bass and end up sounding bright and really trebly to me. If could rewind time, I might pass on 15sm because the 00-15m is so nice. I have been learning songs on it since it arrived from Sweetwater. This is a do all guitar from what I can tell so far. I hope to play on it the rest of my life if I am lucky.

My favorite guitar

I own a Gibson J-45 that I love but nothing compares with my Martin D-15 mahogany beauty. 20'yeatsbold now and an even better, smoother, warmer sound. Easy playing, great mid tones and treble, solid, not boomy bass.

The Perfect Guitar

I ordered this guitar and waited 3 long months to receive it. This was no fault to Sweetwater and the wait was totally worth it. Oh my, what a sweet guitar!

If you want a high quality American made and all solid wood guitar, and don't have a huge budget to work with, then THIS is the guitar you want. It is worth every penny, and then some. And the guitar looks awesome, is gorgeous, is built perfectly, sounds absolutely amazing (and will only get better as it ages), and it even smells good! No kidding! LoL I LOVE this guitar!!
