Marshall MG15G 1x8" 15-watt combo amp
Great practice amp
Great Little Amp
I purchased this little guy for quiet practicing after the wife and kids go to bed. It sounds great at low volume and it can kick a little bit when you want it to. It ain't gonna fill Madison Square Garden but it's great for a porch or party session. I really like the easy-access aux input and headphone jacks. It's perfect for my purposes. The best part about purchasing this amp… read more was the amazing Sweetwater service. I had originally ordered a different one. About an hour after placing my order a Sweetwater rep CALLED ME ON THE PHONE to tell me the one I'd ordered was out of stock and would take quite a while to arrive. He changed my order to this one on the spot and it was at my door in 3 days. This is the kind of thing that keeps me coming back to Sweetwater! I added a pic of this amp next to my Mexican Strat for size reference.
GREAT VALUE!!!
This little amp sounds better than my 50 watt Fender practice amp which hums...virtually no background noise comes from this little gem.....get get LOUD also!!!
Tiny Terror
I love these little Marshalls. I actually own a couple and use them for teaching and practice. I also own Marshall tube amps (DSL & JVM) I've even recorded with my MG15G - it has a great sound
Gloden Marshall
The price is right...the sound this little beast puts out is awesome. The overdrive...is dirty..grainy...brutal...just want you need to play rock and metal music...and other styles... Bought as a practice amp...but i find myself using it more and more.... For the price....this beast is a no brainer...it is a Marshall...get it! Tried and true... Even use it with my reg. accoustic… read more and my classical accoustic....sounds nice.
