I've tried many boutique strings through the years and some were pretty good sounding but they all seemed to add tension. These are the first I've tried that feel as great as they sound. Nice and slinky. I'm a long time D'addario 10-46XL user and I've also tried the 10-46 BT. I like them but typically change back to the standard 10-46 set. Not with these. I think I'm sold on them.

This is an excellent set of strings if you're looking for an upgrade from the typical set of strings. These are especially good if you bend a lot and want consistent response anywhere up or done the neck. This is our shop's most popular string for people who like to get the most out of their guitar.

I purchased NYXL for the first time. I usually use D'Addario 11 and sometimes 13's. This time I wanted to try something else. I was looking for a guitar string that has it all. Despite my own bad habit of nearly always breaking the high E string out of any set of electric strings I put on anything due to my own horrible eyesight(the thin high E is kind of hard for me to see). These D'addario are the best D'addario strings I have ever put on anything. More than worth it.

I've tried lots of strings on my guitars...and I was using different strings on my guitars because different strings suited each guitar best. When i got a hold of NYXL..suddenly if found that i was using them on all my guitars! I use these balanced tension strings on my floyd rose guitars!
