Best Chorus Ever

I have probably had 15 chorus pedals in my career from completely digital to analog. This pedal is absolutely the quietest pedal ever. You can allow 2 presets. I am a very articulate bass player. Let me tell you on my 6 string it sounds amazing. Fellow trio members love it. Worth every penny. Ya get what ya pay for. Kudos to Strymon

Only Chorus you'll need.

There are plenty of stellar chorus effects but the Ola can replicate them all. The sound is impeccable and easy to dial in. It can do classic lush 80's, 90's warble, all out vibrato, Leslie, etc. Most chorus pedals are limited to clean tones or just distorted tones. Not both. A big THANKS to Ikes for suggesting that I get this pedal and for his patience with me after having tried and returned several other chorus pedals. It sounds authentic and rich and is built well and is NOT a fake springy sounding wishy-washy digital pedal. The strymon also comes with it`s own power cord which is good.

Ola Chorus

Gotta say, superb chorusing! Vibrato not a fan I will never use it so can't comment on that. For my application, I use it mainly a touch of chorus to enhance ambience. Enough to hear the difference but not to make it identifiable to the ear. Ergo the mix dial. Spacious as hell. Keep in mind that if it wasn't for youtube and research on the internet, which by the way, players demonstrating some products do not give a wide demo of most items so weed through them till you hear what you like don't rely on one demo. All in all I have to hand it to sweetwater and their sales staff. Fully knowledgeable with product and assistance. I always had a leery feel that online stores were iffy and hesitated on pulling the trigger on purchases. Not here! Have been to popular large brick and mortar stores and asking them questions they were clueless. Its like they just expected you to buy and leave.
