I love this prewired pickguard from Fender. I have a 2007 American Deluxe and it came with HSS SCN singles and the S1 switching. It was okay, but never lit my fire. I looked at a lot of replacement options, but in the end I just wanted a classic Fender Stratocaster sound with the incredible build quality of an Am Deluxe. And let me tell you this prewired pickguard delivered the… read more goods. I can't hardly play anything else since installing it. And the sound even with high gain sounds so classic and clear while breaking up. Fantastic part from Fender and great service from Sweetwater. I will be bringing my business to Sweetwater from now on. What a great friend to have in the music retail business. Thank you Fender and Sweetwater.

I got this to upgrade my Squire Affinity Stratocaster and WOW! Amazing how this guitar now sounds as sweet as it plays. I got it... used and have really enjoyed the action, the playability of this guitar. Now I love it for its tones as well. The pickguard was a gift for my guitar-geek son (very talented player AND a do-it-yourself guitar improver). As expected, the pickguard was a perfect drop-in fit (Fender factory, right?), and the tone is fabulous - all we had hoped for. But what was even better was the service I received from Sweetwater. Not only did they deliver on-time and as-promised, but I received several… read more calls (from a real-live person!) letting me know when the guard was shipped and asking about quality of service.
