I bought this guitar from sweetwater several years ago when it included a hard case when it was blown out on a sale price as it was replaced by the same exact guitar but now sold without a case. Its a very stable instrument takes set ups well. The neck is stable and the bridge can be adjusted by both height and angle by the tapered shims included. Sounds loud and very clear.… read more If you want the sound of the fiberglass Rainsong or Composite guitars but dont want to spend 2 thousand dollars then this is a good substitute.

Superb guitar that suits strumming or picking styles. Good acoustic and electric sound, good projection. Action rather high, although the shims are removed. Therefore preferable to use lighter strings or tune the instrument lower flat. Clean finish, nice neck. Need velcro to prevent the body from sliding, common Ovation guitars default.
